Thanks to everyone who has donated to @WalktheWalk so far, I'm v. grateful! I have a little way to go before I reach my target ahead of this Saturday's MoonWalk, so if anyone is able to spare a few quid for an excellent cause, it would be much apppreciated giving.give-star.com/microsite/walk…

Soon I'm going to be prancing the streets of London, at night, in a bra for 13 miles to raise money for breast cancer charity @WalktheWalk If this is a cause close to your heart, please do donate - anything you can contribute would be greatly appreciated🙏giving.give-star.com/microsite/walk…

A look back over the past twelve months to reflect on the people, places and things that made 2023 special for me. Although this was a personal exercise, I chose to publish the article in the hope it may inspire others to do something similar - enjoy🙂 millyd.medium.com/reflections-on…

Why I’m reluctant to get a Covid-19 vaccine (not that I should have to explain myself... but it seems everyone wants an explanation these days) #VaccineHesitancy millyd.medium.com/why-im-relucta…

"I’m beginning to understand that goodness is measured in a different way, and obedience is not a virtue ... Obedience is learned through fear, threat and intimidation; it is in fact trauma programming." Wise words, thank you @LucieWilk🙏 conservativewoman.co.uk/why-have-we-do…

Instead of making offenders wear high viz jackets in chain gangs, how about helping them get a real job instead? In my shops we employ lots of ex offenders and they wear a shirt and tie. Same people, different approach, a much better outcome.
