Not a happy sally . This week my breathing (or lack of it) has been the worst ever . Dr adviced no exercise 😟😟 I’ll do some strength training I can’t do nothing . A steroid inhaler and referred for tests . Not a happy sally .
Had a couple of hours in Blackpool (for somewhere close to Lytham the bus took forever) bought this for daughter as never see anything with her name on. I also got named sticks of rock 😀
Done . It’s a lovely run wish I could have stayed to see more . One to do again.
Good Morning. Had a lovely sleep still wheezing but woke up and chest hurting . I was thinking I can’t run but after a coffee realised it’s just muscles aching from pole 😀😀 there is coffee supplier but I bring my own . The mugs are lovely im tempted to keep one (I won’t)
I’m back now watching 4 in a bed . Feeling protective of Ribble Valley retreat as stayed 3 times and it’s fabulous ,
