1) Ok, Imma put on my "comms" hat for half a minute here because the way this water crisis in Calgary is being communicated is really bad and I am going to try to help.
We're repairing a critical water main break that affected Calgary's water supply. Cut water use by 25% by delaying dishwashing, limiting showers, and using rain barrels. A boil water advisory for Bowness and city-wide fire ban remain in effect. Learn more: calgary.ca/emergencies/cr…
Just how big was this water main break that they had to send out an emergency alert? Like one water main break should not affect the whole city like this, they should probably take a really hard look at our infrastructure and fix things like this so it doesn’t happen again. #yyc
