My pointing on reviving economy- 1)lower taxes to increase money supply 2) Excessive spending by state surpassing the FRBM act to create a stimulus in the economy. However the the spending should not be too much to create a crowding out effect. 3)Incentives for attracting FDI

The problem with UP was once answered by @yadavmulayamsp during an interview that Mp's of UP don't have the feeling of regionalism towards UP in contrast to Mp's of other states. He said other states Mp's would ask for more projects but Mp's of UP won't ask.

Insider-outsider-insider @paramiyer_ has been appointed as new NitiAyog Chief. A question which immediately strikes us is "Why do IAS leave their prestigious jobs?" Another question arise "Why govt keen to call them back?" These all transitions reflect the need for civil reform

The reason for lack of cabs in metros is due to ceiling enforced by the govt on the number of cabs to prevent traffic. Another reason is the price ceiling on surge pricing by the govt which makes drivers avoid areas with high traffic as they can earn same money with less time now

An excellent eye opening article! I believe that this optimism bias only fuels 'bubbles' be it the real estate bubble burst or the stock market bubble or the start up bubble fuelled by overvalued startups. An effective way to curb this bias is media focus on reality rather growth

We must remain optimistic but stay firmly away from the optimism bias. Our tendency to declare success prematurely is not new. In the end, it is not about how we start, but how we finish. I explore here. @GreatLakes_MBA @livemint livemint.com/opinion/column…

Since we are going ahead with exams I request government to start train operations on all route asap! There is no direct bus link from Ayodhya to Varanasi, so please allow train to operate.@CMOfficeUP @PIBHomeAffairs @PiyushGoyal @RailMinIndia

To all those who want to save the economy- Consume as much as you can! You can keep some savings with you ,but don't invest in gold or other saving schemes now, because the economy is hungry for demand. @Swamy39 @nsitharaman

I feel central universities like DU should do away with or reduce the weightage given to marks but rather should have an independent exam for that subject.

Indian administration suffers because UPSC, one of the finest institutions, selects only bright individuals as civil servants, some of whom evolve as leaders. The selection process has to undergo a change. Potential leaders need to be selected & trained to become leaders.
