Yup, just some story about a gas station and a hearing and records. Doesn't name the gas station's owner, just names the attorney, without context. This notorious facility is apparently operated by the INTERSTATE DRUG TRAFFICKERS WHO BRIBED FOUR TOP OFFICIALS IN ST. LOUIS.

Agile is quite contradictory. It's both out-of-date and revolutionary. It's both a good idea and too idealistic. It's been tried a million times but it's still rare to see it done well. It can lead to stagnation or transformation. Going through the motions or genuine change.
