Research shows that low income, poor education, and inadequate housing can be bad for your health. But Kacie Dragan, PhD ’24, says the opposite is also true: getting sick has a devastating impact on social welfare. buff.ly/3URXrlN

🚨 My first ever publication and first podcast episode are out now @Health_Affairs 🎉 Troy Brennan and I discuss the recent evolution of the US biosimilars market, the evolving story around Humira, and policy options for the path forward healthaffairs.org/doi/10.1377/hl…

For those who cannot have, do not want to have, or have lost children, try hobbies! I love kids! There are many other ways to find happiness and meaning in life. Archery, travel, volunteering at a library/museum, sewing, and sleeping in on Saturdays all bring me great joy. ☺️

On the rare occasions that I'm asked for advice about anything, from how to be successful, how to find happiness, how to find meaning, I always say two things: 1. Observe a sabbath (does not need to be religious, you just need to not think about work) 2. Have kids

Is this what we're doing? I just noticed an explosion of people on💙🌥️ See you there? @WrightCensored

Congrats to @ChingHsuan16 @TuftsCEVR on his first presentation at @socmdm ! I was sad to miss it but heard he did an amazing job despite some tech issues. Ching did fantastic work studying the cost-effectiveness of genomic sequencing for sick infants. Congrats Ching! #SMDM24
