Excited to post-evaluate speeds and crashes on Franklin this year. We'll definitely share results. Overall speeding is certainly down in my anecdotal opinion
In a truly collaborative effort to calm traffic on Franklin Blvd., ODOT installed 7 mini roundabouts to encourage lower speeds. Construction was completed in 2023. These roundabouts are a result of joint efforts from local residents, @CityofCleveland, and @NOACA_MPO #Teamwork
