A significant change in how City Hall interacts and engages with residents and sets the tone for modernizing service delivery. Long overdue and a big lift by the team.
The City of Cleveland has launched a new 311 online service! #CLE311 Now, residents can easily submit requests related to public works, sanitation, street maintenance, city parks, and more through online forms at clevelandohio.gov/311

Today, as we celebrate the Fourth of July, let us also remember the brave Cleveland police officer who gave his life in service to community. His sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Thanks for sharing, Phil. Appreciate the dedication and perseverance.
The cyber attack has been frustrating but work at City Hall doesn’t stop for anything. Used time this week to plan a park project; catch up on reports; draft letters for upcoming projects; hold on-site meetings +; actually have meaningful convos w/ co-workers abt projects + life.
Cleveland Housing Court is not impacted and remains open during normal business hours until further notice.
REMINDER: City services will not be available to the public at City Hall today, June 13 and Friday, June 14. City Hall will be open for employees. Residents are encouraged to use online services or call 311 for more information.
Important point and great example out of City Planning. Also - most of our work happens out of CH in our neighborhoods. Our police are patrolling, trash is being collected and residents are out enjoying our rec centers!
REMINDER: City services will not be available to the public at City Hall today, June 13 and Friday, June 14. City Hall will be open for employees. Residents are encouraged to use online services or call 311 for more information.
We’re open tomorrow!

2023 was a thriving year for Cleveland, as we reignited tourism in The Land. Let's take a look back at the incredible wins and moments that made it an unforgettable year. Learn more about The Land of Getting it Done: bit.ly/3yXMjvF
The City of Cleveland is excited to announce several fantastic job openings! Don't miss out on these great opportunities highlighted in this week's Job Spotlight! View all open positions here: governmentjobs.com/careers/clevel…
The way job vacancies are structured in the proposed 2024 budget will make hiring a much more efficient process for the City of Cleveland! Rather than vacancies concentrated in a few areas, open positions will be flexible and available to the departments that need them most.
I want to make sure the people of Cleveland are informed, with accurate data from .@CLEpolice, on the current state of missing persons cases actively being handled by the department.
