Israel can't ban journalists from going into Lebanon like they can in Gaza, so when Israel claimed there was a bunker under a hospital in Beirut the press just sent a bunch of reporters to investigate and they immediately saw Israel was lying. That's why they ban press from Gaza.
Israel claims Hezbollah is using a bunker under a Beirut hospital so @alexrossiSKY went to have a look & talk to a doctor there. He didn't find any evidence, because there isnt any. What Israel is doing is creating a pretext for attacking the hospital. Just like they did in Gaza
Keir Starmer is so humbled by their immeasurable grief that he will keep supplying weapons - and components for F35 jets to slaughter more Palestinians. So humbled he’ll refuse to impose sanctions, or even call out war crimes. So humbled he’ll remain complicit in genocide.
Today @AngelaRayner and I met members of the Palestinian community in the UK who have lost loved ones in Gaza, alongside Dr Husam Zomlot, Head of the Palestinian mission to the UK. I am humbled by their immeasurable grief. This horrific suffering must end, there must be an…
How are we all supposed to just sit and pretend it’s normal and fine that Israel bombed every hospital in Gaza and is now moving on to bomb hospitals in Lebanon? I feel insane. How is the world allowing this war on medics? How can we watch this happen again? How?
Despicable. Spineless.
"There are war crimes on all sides it seems to me during this conflict. There are war crimes being committed by Hamas, by Iran, on all sides" Emily Thornberry doesn't say Israel.
The horrors unfolding in northern Gaza are the result of a completely unrestrained Netanyahu gov, fully armed by the Biden admin while food aid is blocked and patients are bombed in hospitals. This is a genocide of Palestinians. The US must stop enabling it. Arms embargo now.
How are anyone of us supposed to carry on as normal — go to work, watch television, read, go to the gym — while knowing that children are being burned alive in Gaza with the full knowledge and complicity of our governments?
BREAKING: A group of Jewish-led protesters in Lower Manhattan just stormed the New York Stock Exchange. They’re calling for an end to Israel’s genocide in Gaza and to war profiteering by companies like Raytheon and Lockheed Martin
Why are the names of four Israeli soldiers killed while engaged in armed warfare shared on national British television, but not Palestinian civilians? What possible answer is there, other than that Palestinian life is judged to have very little worth?
BREAKING: The four IDF soldiers killed in a Hezbollah airstrike on an Israeli military base in the north of the country have been named. trib.al/Rx0iR33 📺 Sky 501, Virgin 602, Freeview 233 and YouTube
After years in this business, I'm pretty hardened. I've seen many horrors. But watching people being burned alive last night, stretching out their hands for help. A man in a hospital bed with an IV attached going up in flames. It felt like a new horror, akin to a vision of hell.
