Nick Drnaso’s Sabrina is even more powerful now than when I first read it in 2018. It focuses on the power of misinformation, the inherent violence of the online world, and the darkness of isolated young men. Essential reading.

The reality is government shouldn’t be taxing business and instead be brave in a Budget to look at radically altering income tax thresholds, creating a truly progressive system with more bands. Someone on £50k should not be taxed the same as £125k. It’s a social contract issue.
