I agree. It’s honestly terrible out there. (Escaped yesterday.) But people stranded have no clue. People would be much more patient and comforted with constant communication and real information on the damage and what is being done.
Supervisor Rowe, I think the biggest issue is the lack of consistent, clear communication. If those effected had more information and knew more of when to expect help it would ease a lot of this tension.
The situation is beyond dire and people’s homes are collapsing. Seniors are trapped with no way to move huge berms of snow blocking path. It’s getting worse by the minute.
