Hey #librarytwitter If you work in an #library I'd love it if you could promote the idea of a #library5aday - 5 minutes to yourself to read, relax, de-stress, etc. Just like encouraging people to get 5 a day fruit & veg but for our #Wellbeing instead #librarylife

Just been for a walk around the #library and it's lovely to see it full of a mix of students, nurses, doctors and admin staff - really hammering home the message 'we're not just for doctors' as we discovered some people had believed. 😀
