Are we not going to talk about institutions dumping $goog today?

What $hood and $coin earnings tell me - "normies" don't have any money left to gamble on shitcoins

One very good reason not to use cursor or any coding assistant tools - if there’s a data breach then all your production keys may get exposed.

Just cancelled Perplexity after 2 months.

Don’t use SST. It will die off as cdk gets better

The 'sonnet-3.5' model on @cursor_ai is actually not what it claims to be. It's some quantized fine-tuned version of some other model #costsavings

Why is everyone acting this shocked about coding capabilities. GPT4 has been out for almost 2 years.

coding's yt moment is coming:

LLMs calls with thought tokens is the next natural paradigm and is different from ensembling / consistency models. Combine thought tokens + ensembling would be the next, next paradigm.

Clearly inflation will fall off a cliff and some aggressive rate cutting will (eventually) ensue. But the real question is: will it sell off first, or will it head fake up then sell off?

When it comes to coding with AI - here are some drawbacks that are not talked about: - you still have to read every line of code, which can get pretty mentally exhausting - if you don't, debugging can become a nightmare - most noob programmers won't benefit that much from all of…

Hey Erik - random q - how does @modal_labs cold start compare to say Lambdas?

I half-seriously think b2b startups shouldn't be allowed to sell contracts longer than a month for the first few years. The constant threat of churn forces you to build a better product.

One of the most stressful and useless things to do is to try impress people. Impress yourself.

In the age of AI, having good taste is worth a lot more

Where does healthy ambition come from? Self love and strong vision.

Ultimate narcissism is the solution for maintaining focus in a world full of distractions

The new Twitter growth meta is posting some @cursor_ai screenshot and claim that it “did it in 5 minutes” (might be true). Reminds me of the @LangChainAI demos growth hack in 2023

Just used @cursor_ai to create the perfect loading state for one of @dubdotco's dashboard pages in 5s 🤯 Building accessible & beautiful software has never been easier ✨

Lots of doom posting about the tech job market lately, but I'm hearing AWS is hiring. And if AWS is hiring, then job market can't be that bad. Even in 2023, there was a lot of bloat and they barely cut.

The main reason why you need employees in a post GPT-5 world is to have them generate and steer AI for your business.

Everyone thinks that AI makes senior workers more valuable. Let them think that. The best value is in hiring junior workers augmented with AI.
