why does every ‘DTC tech stack that took us from 0 - 8 figures’ tweet go viral?

been out of inventory for a small brand i've been working on for the last 3 months and just re-upped the ad account this weekend what is up with these wild meta traffic quality swings day to day? (sunday vs. monday) super low volume spend ~$500 / day but this is crazy

This is very budget dependent - we have tested this many times at @HausAnalytics For lower spenders: the next $ is always best spent on conversions For bigger spenders: bidding on conversions gets saturated and the next most efficient $ may be spent on reach / VVs

💰If you want conversions choose reach! It’s strange but true. When choosing your objective for advertising on Meta, choosing reach delivers 50% more incremental sales than spending the same money on a conversions objective* 🧵Thread 1/6

Just wrapped up a test showing that switching from 7 day click 1 day view to 7 day click led to a 66% reduction in Cost Per Incremental Conversion on Meta $606-->$202 When brands reach a certain size it is just too easy for Meta to lob up easy non incremental 1dv conversions

If your primary buyer is 55+ what are your CPMs on Meta?

great convo here and well worth an hour of your time

It’s ironic that the amount of work trying to crack performance at $50 / day spend cap on a new ad account is more than the amount of work required to crack performance at $500 or $1000 / day on an uncapped account

nothing worse than creating the perfect landing page and seeing the whole layout go to s*** on the first microsoft clarity screen recording bc the user is on a first gen iPhone SE from 2016 with a microscopic screen width

The double edged sword in DTC marketing: Early success is heavily determined by Facebooks ability to get you in front of in-market buyers ready to purchase right now That same ability can hurt brands at scale generating demand in multiple places because it puts them in front of…

Using site wide conversion rate as a guiding metric doesn't make sense It makes you over spend on less incremental BOF tactics to juice your numbers and pull away from channels that are filling the funnel with new users Most think of CVR as a function of CRO but it is I maybe…

Is the sequel as good? That's always the question, right? @jlnahorski @sourfraser and I anguished over it the last six weeks. creativeos.io helped over 500 brand owners take the idea in their heads into their ad accounts. How could we do it again and better? We…
