Going into BFCM: PLEASE don't over-optimize for sales. You still need to sell your product, and if the reasons to buy are buried by sales... you really won't make too many new sales no matter how much ad spend you rip.

I'm big on journaling, but I've had a new trend: Once a week I write a journal entry of a "letter to heatmap" I've discovered so many ways to improve the company by doing this. Cannot recommend enough! Try one this weekend

Everyone needs a @imchasemohseni on their team.

heatmap.com splittesting.com [insert more fun ones] Listen to a fun jam on nerdy domain stuffff

🔥🗺️ HeatMap.com (@heatmapme) was originally an old-school heat mapping tool that hadn’t been touched in years – the domain had been around for 20 years and the code needed to be dusted off. 🕵️ When Dylan Ander (@DylanAnder) stumbled on the site, he knew he had to…

One of the last days to sit outside and work in NYC. Welp. I’ll miss working in the backyard but doggo will miss it even more lol

Killer Q from @rishabhmjain (lovely follow if you’re not already) I’ve seen evergreen ads crush for more brands than not in the 8-9 figure range Some modify their ads ever so slightly for sales but the base is the same. You spent 10 months figuring out what works, why deviate?

My social team asked my opinion on evergreen offers for BFCM…but really I have no opinion on it at all. There's a lesson here: Founders have so much pressure to have strong or controversial takes on everything, but not everything needs 137 opinions. I’m happy to let people…

Has anyone created an "Amazon CRO agency"??? The split testing feature looks pretty cool and its pretty easy to prove the value of those tests

I'm a 10 year CRO. I use customer feedback surveys and heatmaps. It's all I've ever needed to get insane results over the years. It never really changed... just understand your customers and give em what they want.

BREAKING: I hate when folks use this lol but it gets me every time. 99% of these tweets are political and I don’t want to see anyways. Breaking my enjoyment on this platform is more like it.

How much of your revenue is from TT/FB shops/amazon and not on your website? Anyone mind sharing % breakdowns of revenue?

CRO HACK #CRO Your website is the 80/20 of making sales. Not your ads.

I keep hearing of ecom businesses wanting to "rebrand" I've never seen a rebrand lift revenue in the short or long term. Anyone have data that shows otherwise?
