Day 3 still no call back @qantas that’s 8 hours on hold over 3 days. Rang at 7am today got through at 8am finally, but then asked if I would hold for a min & 30 min later a recorded message asking me ‘how do we do?’ @qantas If I go to the airport will there be anyone there?
Finally got a call back 2 days later from @Qantas (On my husbands phone I still have no call back..5 hours on hold) explained the situation, flight is cancelled & the new connecting flight leaves 5 days before flight out? I was asked to hold & then hung up on. #qantasdoesnotcare

5 hours on hold for Qantas (about a cancelled flight to NYC with an option for a flight that leaves 5 days before the connecting) & when I got through after 5 hours later no person just a message saying ‘how was your service today? Thank you for calling and hung up @Qantas
