As a vCMO I get approached by many software companies wanting me to try their thing. Over the last few weeks I replied to a few requesting more info, none replied. Wtf?


The future of online business is not personalisation, but contextualisation whilst maintaining brand positioning.


Unless you have an offer that converts, you do not have a business.


If you have an online store, and you don't offer an easy contact option like live chat. It's like having a physical store with the staff all hiding in the closet. It's stupid and lazy.
