Starting to see a HEAD AND SHOULDERS topping pattern in $SPY 10 minute charts.... coincidentally, $NYMO and $NAMO are approaching "overbought" territory.

$DT offering priced at $34.50

$TRIL $LPTX $ONCY $LQDA .... despite the huge gains these bioturds have had since last October, I am still down on all 4 of these positions because I entered them too early and did not have the conviction to load up at the bottom. 500% gain does not make up a 90% loss!

$APLS offering priced at $37

$ITCI prices offering at $29.50

Premarket on December 5th, $SAGE and $AUPH both released results. If you bought on the news premarket that morning, you would be up significantly on one and either barely even or slightly down on the other. Remarkable which is which.

$asln prices offering at $2.50. Wow, such a steep discount to closing price

$FUV secondary priced at $1.80

$PAGS prices offering at $39

$hrtx another secondary, looks like $125 million worth at 17.50/share

I'm a little surprised that $JFU priced at the high end ($9.50) with these market conditions.

Wow talk about a steep cut. $DMPI priced at $1.

$wk secondary priced at 56.25

$STML priced 5MM shares at $15.25

$AMRN So much for the thesis going around Twitter that there won't be ADCOM because less than 90 days out from PDUFA. All the clues were there, looks like mgmt was smart to do secondary and take some risk off the table for themselves.

$BYND prices at $160

$amrn priced at $18

what happened to $BCYC today?
