Fool them once, shame on Trump, fool them twice, shame on America.

Another four years of listening to his nonsensical babble and hyperbole, and having to sit by and watch a criminal lead one of the most powerful countries in the world. Āue. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ll never understand how we all watched this live on television and didn’t immediately disqualify Donald Trump from public office for the rest of his life.

HEALTH UPDATE: It has officially been one year since I contracted Covid-19 while on set for my movie that I’ve been working on. I was once a very healthy 31-year old man, but now every day is a struggle for me. A THREAD... 🧵

Am I dreaming. Is this a nightmare.

Schools from United Learning in England are forcing students & parents to sign an ‘Attendance Pledge’ which requires them to: “ALWAYS COME INTO SCHOOL, EVEN IF YOU FEEL UNWELL” 🤯 This is unbelievable! This will NOT reduce illness absence, it will just spread it to others.

This is utterly heartbreaking. Targeting clearly marked journalists is a war crime. This poor woman … I hope she survives.

Palestinian journalist Salma al-Qadoumi was shot in the back by Israeli occupation forces while covering the invasion in Khan Yunis today.

“Study finds long-term cognitive and psychiatric issues persist in COVID-19 patients two to three years post-infection” And probably in another year's time that will be three to four years post-infection. And then in another year it'll be four to five. Don't catch it. Don't…

I am CERTAIN that every dollar spent to upgrade indoor air quality in schools and other venues will be recouped several-fold in healthcare savings, productivity gains, and economic growth. Same for mucosal vaccines that inhibit transmission. Same for quality masking…

It's not hopeless. We could clean the air. We could invest in vaccines that prevent transmission. We could practice simple mitigation measures (heck, even just people masking up when they're feeling sick would be a big improvement). news-medical.net/news/20240805/…

Yesterday's launch of the CHILL campaign was so postive. The team at the Islamic Women's Council of New Zealand is absolutely stoked about the campaign. You can still see what we're on about, and we hope you will share. You can see teaser here:

What is CHILL? It's all about promoting education & awareness about NZ Muslim women, letting them control their own narratives, and tackling harmful stereotypes. #WomenLeaders #Chillcampaign
