Less than 1 month in of my loan being sold to @MrCooper and it is the WORST mortgage company I have ever dealt with. An unexplained $25 fee that they still won't address after 2 attempts to contact, THEN another $20 fee while waiting for the first to be resolved? Ridiculous.
@MrCooper is quite possibly the worst customer service in the industry. Literally no one will answer the phone.

@MrCooper over the last 5 months I provided the information that you requested multiple times that confirms my authority to obtain information regarding a mortgage loan. Yet after 5 months, no one will speak with me when I call. Bank Commissioner complaint is next step.
