AZ's Law @arizonaslaw confirms copies of Lake reply brief, to be published shortly. Lake also filed separate petition to move case to AZ Supreme Court, including based on argument of extraordinary "fact" that AZGOP voters were victims of "targeted attack" by election officials.
In Lake v Hobbs appeal, Lake's reply brief was due to be filed by midnight last night. Not finding it in the usual places. Anyone have it? @arizonaslaw

Destroying people's belief in our judicial system by blaming "cowardly" judges. Everyone is "corrupt" but Lake when she doesn't get the desired/promised outcome, and when she doesn't have facts/law. Voters, please take notice of this if Lake runs again for office. @arizonaslaw

Reviewed new Lake suit alleging illegal votes counted due to "unlawful" mail-in ballot signature checking procedures. Looks a lot like a belated ARS 16-672 claim not-so-thinly disguised as a mandamus/constitutional claim. Taking over/under bets on days to dismissal. @arizonaslaw

In AZ AG challenge, Hamadeh’s motion for new trial must argue misconduct by Hobbs in withholding Pinal Cty report or miscount disfavoring him. But Pinal results (disclosed) don’t get him enough votes and proof of miscount would require full audit. Not sure court can order audit.
