TX lockbox is still delaying generating receipts for OPT applicants! Even the case tracker showed that the cases are moving, they came from AZ lockbox! We can tell by receipt date and those who haven’t got receipts from much earlier dates! @NAFSA @CNN #f1optlockboxdelay
