Last week our community artist team gathered for a day of storytelling under the sun! They interviewed community members at Gladys Park about their connection to their neighborhood & input on the future design for a public art project We are excited to see the mural come to life!

The 13th Annual Day Of The Ancestors: Festival Of Masks Honors Leimert Park Legends. The theme, “Seeds of the Village" pays homage to these individuals with a day of creative expression that engages the entire community in a celebration that honors all they left behind.
