Focus is all we got. If you sleep well and meditate consistently for 20+ minutes first thing in the morning, I promise you your mind will start to do things you never thought possible.

New rule for those obsessed with focus. Big your biggest distraction and set a threshold/limit before you can indulge. Mine no more Youtube until after 330p. I can start it when I'm in the gym, but not before M-Sat.

Your most valuable asset is your attention. A focused fool will outperform a distracted genius. #Focus

Biggest challenge with dark chocolate is heavy metals, find you a brand that cares and does regularly testing. seattletimes.com/seattle-news/d…

Just because your sleep schedule gets disrupted doesn't mean you can't focus on producing and doing the work you need to still do. It also doesn't mean you have to buy in to the idea that you're going to feel or need to feel 100% to do exceptionally productive things.…

To really gain traction you need to: 1. Manage your focus 2. Manage your energy 3. Audit your leverage (what tasks you do) - Make time and deep focus CONSISTENTLY You still start to see results, but you really can't escape the need for a concentrated focus on a SPECIFIC area.…

Anyone mess with #Shilajit for #testosterone improvements? Seems like there's some potential real efficacy 38 vs 37 placebo showed significant increases in this study of several markers. That said I'm always curious if you're ever "borrowing from tomorrow" with some of this…

When you feel overwhelmed, it's often an inner set of thoughts running around saying, "this is a lot" "we need to slow down" "how can I do all this" or some variation. A couple of hacks that have served me exceptionally well along this journey are: 1. Zoom out, and life slows…

Life is seasons. Working, playing, resting. If you're sick but in a working season you can still choose to focus & re-direct yourself & being to the routine and priorities that take you closer to what you want. If you're in that "working" season you might as well just imagine…

If you're having trouble sleeping it might be a mindset more than anything. Practice writing down affirmations that resonate and "feel" empowering to you to sleep fast and well. Think about the subtle anxious feelings you have when you go to sleep, ask yourself, "what is it…

Life is about seasons. Sometimes you need to "grind" and focus intensely, other times you can have leisure and lax. Go with how you're feeling and swing into the momentum and desire when you're there. Sometimes I binge health content, sometimes I binge competitive advertisers…

When the problem doesn't appear to have a solution, go upstream. Perhaps the people or the product just aren't the right choice and you're stuck on trying to create something that isn't possible within the parameters you need at this time. Be persistent but don't be inflexible.…

It's amazing how fast my skin breaks out over the holidays when my diet goes off the rails and I start eating processed crap. This week in just a few short days I'm already starting to see pimples and the clarity goes away so quickly. I wonder how many teens and others could…

Don’t “wait” for success. Most of us have been impressed to believe it takes decades, when in fact in a couple very short years it can occur. It takes consistent, focused, disciplined, work on the “right” strategy to success. Have patience for the processes your team works…

Always remind yourself: 1. Reasons / whys for doing things are extremely important to keep top of mind. 2. Attitude is a monster of achievers. If you are in the "get important shit done" mode, you can accomplish a LOT. Remember, remind, reinforce. #MindsetMatters #mindset

"Working hard" doesn't have to be the means you constantly focus on. It usually helps you achieve your goals faster, but makes sure you're MAJORING in MAJOR things and not spending most your time on MINOR things. Too many times I catch myself procrastinating and / or jumping…

Future Vision Projection Without a vision, some real tangible ideas and visions to strive towards I become incredibly comfortable and complacent. I need to consistently see potential of being financial abundance, traveling the world, creating my own freedom, it's very tricky…
