Michigan Secretary of State's office said it's had reports of bomb threats at a few polling locations; all were investigated, were non-credible. "As far as Russia ties, we have been notified that that is what they believe has happened, that they're tied to Russia," office said.

As of this morning before polls opened, 3.3M people in Michigan have voted absentee or in person - about 45.8% of active registered voters. Since polls opened this morning, 8,000 ballots have been returned statewide, 829 people have registered to vote via same-day registration.
