Update: At 1:30 a.m., the county said “Tabulation of mail-in ballots is complete; however, the results cannot be placed in report form at this time. The issue has been elevated to our software developer, and we do not anticipate an update until later this morning.”
Centre County said while all ballots have been scanned, it is having software issues and therefore mail-in ballots haven’t been uploaded to the county’s election site.

A bomb threat was emailed in Tuesday night to the Willowbank Office Building, home to Centre County’s elections office. Local police cleared the threat shortly after 8 p.m. centredaily.com/news/politics-…
The Willowbank Building, where the Centre County Elections office is located is currently evacuated due to a bomb threat. They do have a team accepting mail in ballots until 8 pm.
