Best estimate is UF’s NIL budget is ~$13m right now. When schools start paying players directly next yr that budget likely jumps to $18-$20m. A $5-$7m infusion would immediately put UF in elite NIL company. UF boosters just saved (at minimum) $10m by retaining Napier.
