When I interview TAโs I hear about their aspirations to eventually teach. This is where there should be a simpler career path. After 2/3 years in the classrooms observing and working with a good number of teachers. Then teach. No deep end. Set up to succeed. No surprises.

Secondary teachers.... if a child in your class had their exercise book chewed by a puppy (for real, not the popular excuse!), would you make them copy the whole book out again in time for the next lesson? ๐ค๐ค
Even with the countyโs finances being so difficult, a 1% pay rise for the NHS after all they have done is simply indefensible.
