Name a worse company than @virginmedia I can’t wait to leave. No internet for hours and you’re doing nothing to resolve it. I have work to do and can’t. No surrounding issues and neighbours have working internet with virgin. Terrible customer service. Your pods don’t work either
Paying for service which doesn’t exist @virginmedia so excited to switch once my contract comes to an end. Their pods don’t work and the hubs are almost useless. 👍🏽
3 years ago today I was in the middle of teaching my last lesson on a Friday afternoon when I found out I won my discrimination court case against Brampton Manor Academy. It remains the best lesson I’ve ever taught. Celebrating the same way I have for 3 years now - I ate them up:
I can now confirm I am the first teacher to successfully take Brampton Manor Academy to tribunal for disability discrimination. I won on multiple counts including failure to make reasonable adjustments, discrimination arising from my MS and harassment. The judgement is 73 pages.
3 years on...I struggled so much this day. I remember my line manager at school encouraging me to "wait for the bell" so that I didn't leave school midday even though this was a couple of floors below me. I am so much stronger now and would have handled it very differently.

Oh no , their customer service used to be so good , chat is a joke , call no better , engineer disaster , left with no Wi-Fi in most of house …
#virginmedia worst customer service, chat (held for hours) eventually phone : engineer called out to install Wi-Fi pods , doesn’t have pods , installs new router and leaves emergency phone disconnected , plus breaks connector on tv, emailed executive team twice, no reply
Is it actually possible to get to speak to someone @virginmedia.......I'm beginning to think not..... Disgusting customer service. Adding extra services to my elderly mothers bill 😡
@virginmedia 5 hours so far for a 68 minute estimated wait. It’s like you don’t want me to cancel my contract…
