Our beliefs are fueled by several factors, one of them being people around us. Believe that God messages you thru the spirit to surround yourself with good people, while not neglecting or turning away from others. Do your part to lift up everyone when the moment is there.

Focus on what you can directly control to better manage stress and adversity.

We live in a world of personalization. As you are interacting, your ability to reach and connect with others will be amplified when you personalize how you speak. Be more intentional about the words and tone you are using to build better relationships and influence.

Today is World Kindness Day. Kindness is 1 of the 24 recognized strengths of character. We each have kindness in us, to varied degrees of strength & use. Therefore, we each are capable of being kind & kinder-in a world & society that needs more of it. #WorldKindnessDay2024

Leadership is not a part-time job or only when it's visibly "convenient" to lead. Don't allow leadership to be a self-serving hobby. Lead to make a difference in every persons life, leaving them more perspective, optimism & hope then they started with. #leadership

Not new news but studies continue to confirm how important it is to intentionally work on building up our resiliency and wellness. When we are more depleted, frustrations can lead to anger and aggression. It doesn't have to be that way. #resilience jackslavinski.com/learning-blog-…

Character strengths are the core of our identity. While some of our 24 strengths (yes, there are 24) come more naturally to us, strength application is always a situational choice. A good practice is to become more aware of which strengths you are using & which to use more of.

Successful leaders must communicate vision clearly, creatively, and continually. However, the vision doesn't come alive until the leader models it!

How we lead people along through the valley to a fulfilling vision is something God has installed and inspired in each of us. Be that leader.
