I thought losers of a vote were supposed to "get over it"? ** ** only when it fucking suits me twitter.com/IsabelOakeshot…

It is unbelievable that Remainers are still moaning. On and on they go! We're out. Get over it!

@emilyjchaplin The boy was not ‘hit by a car’, he was hit by a motorist. A motorist killed him. Sort your language out birminghammail.co.uk/news/showbiz-t…

A ‘journalist’ referring to “road tax”, FFS

@RichGuttridge You realise that Road tax was abolished in 1937? Basic journalism fail on your part. birminghammail.co.uk/motoring/motor…

Why is my Twitter feed full of right wing loonies?

“cars which went up the road by mistake were forced to reverse out onto the junction with next to no visibility.“ //Shouldn’t that be “drivers”? “Drivers which went up the road by mistake were forced to reverse out onto the junction with next to no visibility.“

We need to crack down on these Richmond Park cyclists

The more we study the Netherlands’ systematic approach to road safety, the more we appreciate its near-perfect application of the Hierarchy of Controls. “Low car” streets are the most effective way of minimizing exposure to risk. Helmets are the least. Diagram by @QAGreenways

I don’t think it is petty. Hopefully @foxtons will take note, have a word with the driver and she won’t do it again. Case closed everyone’s happy. All what’s needed is a bit of consideration for others. Is that too challenging?

Dear @foxtons Could you please do me the courtesy of asking the female driver of LM73 UZU, not to drop passengers off at 18.00hrs right in front of the @TfL Cycleway C40 in Windsor Road, Ealing? It is putting cyclists lives in danger. Thanks in advance.

These anti-cyclists have strange logic when it comes to dealing with reality

Yea I don’t get that cyclists say stop driving cars there are too many of them but the majority of cyclists all have and drive cars 🤷

The nights are drawing, so remember to paint your house bright yellow in order for drivers to see you in the dark! Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? Yet, every year, we tell kids wear bright clothes because we think it's their job not to get killed by speeding drivers.

We must stop Israel

2 year old Ivana Skayki was playing at home in Southern Lebanon when an Israeli airstrike happened on her doorstep. She now has third degree burns on almost half her body. The strike came without warning. Israel says it is targeting Hezbollah. With @goktay @wburema @angiemrad

As the darker evenings draw in, remember to always wear your high visibility clothing while cycling to guarantee you can be seen by drivers.

Here is a @thameswater social media admin person who is doubling down on their engineer breaking the law

Hi there, from what I can see, there are double yellows and a cycle lane here. The engineer is right, if they can safely park on the footpath without blocking access, they can. I would be more dangerous to block the cycle lane. The photo shows space left for pedestrians - Chloe

That headline itself shows the unhealthy car culture is prevalent even in the media: “Four-year-old hit by car” Hit by car. Not “hit by driver”. It’s as if the publication is too afraid to admit it was a driver who hit her, deferring to the vehicle instead. It’s drives me mad.
