Went to a popular pub last night with my son and his girlfriend. Waitress visited us 3 times. Our food was 45+ minutes. Dinner+drinks (2 each) was $171. In a pub. $171! Tip options on the machine were 18%, 22% and 25%. I’m not cheap, but this is crazy.

Every time I get groceries the price of food makes me want to puke. I feel so badly for people on tight budgets who have minimal extra cash. I honestly am so sad this is where we are right now.
