This incessant pandering to "black communities" is toxic, divisive & insulting. My race lends me no more cultural kinship with Chris Kaba than Rowley's does with Fred West. There are only 2 communities the police should be interested in, those who commit crimes & those who don't.

London's £4bn Affordable Homes Programme is funded by govt. but run by the mayor. It aims to build 27,200 aff. homes by 2021-26. But as of August, just 1,853 had been built & this year, none were. Almost ⅔ into its run, it is 93% short of its target. The mayor is the problem.
