Here is a video of the common sea slug Aeolidia papillosa from the Creran Bridge. Fluorescing nicely. Also quite the photobomb by a goby. #nudibranch #nature #scotland #BBCWildlifePOTD #ocean #love #fluorescent #wildlife

Feeling over the moon right now! After 4 years of hard work, I’m finishing my BSc in marine biology with a first class honours and a first in my dissertation! So grateful for all of the support from lecturers and staff at Swansea University, I’ve loved every minute 💙🐠🦀🦈🪸

Trying to catch up with #FreshVsSaltyFish with my late but season-appropriate, spookily diverse skeleton contribution 🦴 I don't think freshwater can match the diversity of #TeamSalt with these cod, porcupine fish, sunfish and boxfish bones? Super pretty!

I had a fabulous time celebrating my birthday at Brandy Cove the other day where I got to film these territorial hermit crabs.

With it being the lowest tide of the year over the weekend, my house took the opportunity to explore the Sabellaria reef at Brandy Cove & its inhabitants. We were especially mesmerised by the blue-rayed limpets & copious amounts of hermit crabs✨ 📸 @OwenMarineBio @MariaO_986
