Pleasure to meet with @StateDept Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Liz Allen (@UnderSecPD). I discussed the vast democratic reforms made in our country and the pivotal support of the US and the @MCCgov in aiding this positive transition across sectors.

At the WB6 meeting in Kotor, I highlighted 🇽🇰's near-completion of its EU Reform Agenda, as well as key advances in democracy & RoL. We welcome the new chapter marked by the EU's adoption of the Growth Plan, and look forward to the ambitious 2025–2028 Regional Market Action Plan.

Regrettable to hear that EU is looking forward to work with serbian govt, including Deputy PM Alexander Vulin, who is under US sanctions for his close ties to Russia, while they are still not ready to lift unfair measures against Kosova.

A day after @PACE_News voted in favor of 🇽🇰 membership in @coe, Serbia retaliates against 🇽🇰 civilians. Since this morning, over 300 of our citizens—incl. children—have been arbitrarily detained at the border, deprived of food & medication. A gross violation of human rights!

Today, @PACE_Political has taken a significant stride forward for Kosova. The Opinion confirms Kosova's fulfillment of all membership prerequisites and recommends extending an invitation for Kosova to join the @coe as a member state. @PACE_News will vote on the Opinion in April.

🇽🇰's partnership w/ @EBRD is stronger than ever. Just signed a milestone MoU w/ President @OdileRenaud for €400 mil in investment funding for our priority sectors for 2024–27—more than the €340 mil in sovereign loans & grants in the entire 11 yrs since 🇽🇰 became a Member State.

A pleasure to meet with Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis (@kmitsotakis). I shared updates on Kosova's economic progress, spoke of bilateral cooperation and discussed other areas of mutual interest.

Gathered today in Shkup/Skopje for "Western Balkans meets EU" meeting as part of WB6 to discuss the EU Growth Plan w/ the 🇪🇺 and 🇺🇸. Emphasized that the EU Growth Plan & CRM of the Berlin Process must accelerate EU membership, and that EU funds must be tied to EU values.
