Always a pleasure to receive partners from the World Bank to further discuss the economic development & progress of Kosova. I emphasized that our country has been able to rapidly move forward despite barriers & still record the highest economic growth in the WB in the last years.

20 years since the start of the YCS. 440 young professionals have been since then supported and have returned w/deeper knowledge on relevant fields. Deep gratitude to the EU & all our partners for their continued support to the program which is now in its newly launched XV round.

Discrimination & hate speech are now a norm in Serbia. Apparently it is legal under Serbian law to use derogatory terms against Albanians. The ruling from the Serbian Supreme Court on the statements of DPM Vulin deepen our concerns regarding the Albanian minority rights & safety.

Another round of dialogue meetings in Brussels, held in bilateral and trilateral format. I emphasized the importance of the full implementation of the Basic Agreement and the Ohrid Annex and the need for a concrete way forward through the sequencing plan.

The EU Commission approved the Reform Agenda submitted by Kosova, assesing it as relevant & appropriate to fulfil the objectives of the Facility, alongside other WB countries. Kosova will benefit up to 882 million euro as we stand ready to move fwd with the impl. of the agenda.

In our Embassy in Vienna I met today w/EUSR Lajcak to discuss the way forward in the dialogue process which would guarantee full implementation of the Basic Agreement & its Annex. We also spoke about preparations for an upcoming Brussels meeting at the level of chief negotiators.

Pleasure to participate alongside @GermanAmbKOS @ManuelSarrazin at the 2nd 🇩🇪-🇽🇰 Economic Forum. Emphasized our impressive economic growth and positive trends that point to a prosperous present & future, which calls for more investments and further progress.

Pleasure to receive in Kosova Dr. Ricardo Giucci from the German Economic Team. Economic growth, sustainability, increased FDI, public revenues & investments, higher wages & low inflation are a reflection of Kosova's success story and strong economic development.

Welcomed today scholarship holders from the XIII round of the Young Cell Scheme who will begin work now within the civil service. Emphasized our support to the program, alongside EU, which enhances the public administration while offering opportunities for young professionals.

Pleasure to meet again with Ragnar Almqvist @IrlAmbHungary, non-resident 🇮🇪 Ambassador to 🇽🇰. Reiterated the appreciation for Ireland's continuous support towards Kosova and the willingness to further develop our joint work in strengthening bilateral cooperation and relations.

Pleasure to join the discussion organized in Europe House on "Joining the SEPA-System – Economic Benefits for 🇽🇰". I emphasized the importance of joining the Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA), as a further step towards integration into the European family.

One year since Serbia's state-organized paramilitary attack against our sovereignty & territorial integrity in Banjskë. Today we honor the heroic fall of Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku. We continue to seek justice, while the perpetrators roam free and protected by serbian authorities.

Very good mtg. in Brussels w/ NATO’s Assistant Secretary General for Operations, Tom Goffus & Stefano Tomat, Civilian Operations Commander at the EEAS. I emphasized the importance our Govt places on the close cooperation with @NATO as we also addressed various security issues.

Met EUSR Lajčák in Brussels where we discussed several topics among which the way fwd with the impl. of the Basic Agrmt. & its Annex. I emphasized our constructive commitment & the need for concrete steps fwd. Despite 🇽🇰's willingness also for a trilateral mtg. Serbia refused it.

1/2 For the upcoming dialogue process talks in Brussels set for Sept. 17th, 🇽🇰 has accepted a trilateral mtg. according to the agenda set by the mediator. Unfortunately, Serbia rejected such mtg. by trying to impose agenda items mainly intended for domestic political consumption.
