Returned my late son’s passport to @HM_Passport for cancellation, requesting its return, and had such a sympathetically worded letter sending it back to me. Small kindnesses like this, even in pro forma documents, really help. Thank you to whoever drafts these letters.

So... Being delighted with new shock cord & thoroughly cleaned skewer & chain on my @Concept2UK model B, I have now also tightened seat... It's a whole new machine! Anyone know what to repaint chassis with where it's peeled away & rusted? + Can I clean flywheel? @girlontheriver

This is so true. Still overwhelmed by a collection of photos that a friend put together, many of which I'd never seen.
If you are ever worried about upsetting parents by sharing photos or videos of their children who have died: ask. Don't be frightened to. For many, this will make their day - not only because you still talk about their child, but also because it is a "new" memory/photo/video 💙
