The standard of poster presentations was extremely high, making it very difficult to pick the winners. I particularly enjoyed the variety of talks - a mixture of case reports, audits and mini research projects. The future of pathology is in safe hands!

Our 8 brilliant poster presenters and 3 outstanding prize winners - look out for their presentations in ACPNews soon! Many thanks to @ACP_Pathologist for generously sponsoring the competition and to judges @matt83c and @ilovepathology #P2S24

I enjoyed doing the autopsy station - talking to 7 groups for 12 minutes each. Each group chose the instruments they wanted to know most about - almost all went for the saw, T-chisel and rib shears, with a couple picking the ladles and bowel scissors.

Heading home after a very constructive day of @NCEPOD meetings. We started with the AGM followed by a fascinating series of updates on reports in the pipeline at the steering group, then a trustees’ meeting this afternoon. It’s a pleasure to work with such a great bunch of people
