The coolest people I know are kind, humble, unselfish, honest and self-aware.

True for corporates as well.

Startups that buck the trend and commit to in person are more likely to hire great young talent. I’m seeing talented young engineers say they are “done with remote”

Tweeting an almost 30 day old tweet, just because its almost March 8 plus I want to focus on the positive and name a few Dutch inclusive male vc pioneers like son and father @rverwaayen @Verwaayen

Women and minority-owned businesses receive 80% less funding than businesses overall, yet many VCs don’t recognize a problem. @crunchbase highlights three strategies to create a more equitable approach to funding. Thank you @kinsey_wolf for highlighting this important topic.

De opmerking van een schrijver dat ‘cursussen diversiteit averechts kunnen werken, omdat mensen gefrustreerd kunnen raken’ is bijna even intelligent als over cursussen digitalisering zeggen dat het mensen buiten sluit. Jammer @dit_is_M

A cardinal rule of responsibility is to shield others from the suffering you endured. Good parents refuse to dump their childhood baggage on their kids. Good leaders and coaches refuse to perpetuate abusive patterns. You can choose to do right in the ways you've been wronged.

Dienend en visionair leiderschap door generaal Tom Middendorp @Defensie @DefensieMin Digitalisering (incluis data en design), duurzaamheid, data en diversiteit zijn de grote thema’s.

So true. In any service.

Technology is only valuable to the extent that it solves a problem that people have. Obfuscating what it actually does via a blitz of buzzwords only sends a negative signal. Just tell me what problem it solves and how it changes the game compared to previous solutions.

Q: je kan toch ook niks zeggen? A: interessant dat je dat zegt.

Kinderen blij maken met een mondkapje. Het kan.

95 studies, 100k+ leaders: men are more confident, but women are more competent. Are women biologically wired to be better? Doubtful. Have they had to be better to overcome biases and break glass ceilings? Likely. We're long overdue to stop mistaking attitude for aptitude.
