R.I.P. to the legendary #CarlWeathers. I filmed and interview with him and the also legendary Branscombe Richmond in 2014. He was very kind and lovely. It was an honor to meet one of my childhood hero’s and he will be missed.
I made #shepardspie with local axis deer, Sautéed with leek, shallots, garlic, thyme, rosemary, chives, cilantro and fennel. On the bottom is mashed sweet potatoes and on top is mashed red potatoes. I also made a mushroom gravy with organic mushroom broth and arrowroot
