The Public Leadership Role of Public Universities open.substack.com/pub/governingr…

You'll hear that College Scorecard might show *lower* earnings than is typical for college grads b/c it only counts student who received federal aid. But in this analysis, it is bang on with Census data or even a bit higher initially. @js_cohn @mikeitzkowitz

Ever thought data on college grad earnings seemed low? You might be measuring too early. New @urbaninstitute paper on that by @js_cohn urban.org/research/publi…

A reminder of the enormous regulatory agenda the Biden Dept of Ed set out to implement ( doesn’t even include 2 mass loan forgiveness plans!). This is also the FAFSA disaster foreshadowing tweet.

How many calls will go unanswered if the agency is abolished?

You heard that correctly. As @virginiafoxx detailed at @RulesReps, the Department of Education let 4 Million calls for help go unanswered. Students and Parents deserve far better than the current FAFSA process, that's why @HouseGOP is taking up H.R. 8932.
