The pre-shift “scaries” only come up when I need to go into my critical care shifts… because tell me why I slept and woke up like nothing knowing I was doing my “soft nursing” shift. LOL. This is a sign that this one life I’ve got is too short to live on constant fear mode.

It’s the little things in life that make my heart happy. Ex: warm tacos and cold coffee from my wife on a beautiful Friday morning 🥹 (I thought she had gone to work and I didn’t even bother waking up at her crazy hour lol)
Ah!!! I had 2.5 weeks without movement or lifting and I feel like I’m starting from square 1 all over again… *sigh*
