Poor first half from Clare. Kilkenny look much more structured and composed. But for Eibhear Quilligan Kilkenny would be a lot more than 5 points up. It's not ovet yet though. There is hope but Clare need a career defining 35 minutes to rescue this

An issue of urgency for our Government as water levels & the mental toll of the flooding crisis in Lough Funshinagh & Curraghboy continue to increase daily. Houses have been evacuated, farmyards are under water & the only barrier in place is sandbags and pumps! @kodonnellLK

Yes they were. One particular field was quite shocking. Unfortunately there was nowhere safe to pull over and get footage. I would have reported it if I'd known where I was. I've also seen overcrowded fields in other counties also.
