From playing vs the Aman yesterday, to today reffing the next generation of Amman Valley players, as I was in the middle for Penybanc vs Ammanford u12s Cup match. A very physical game, with the visitors having a bit more quality in the final third of the field. 🌟 Cai Canton 👏
Well, this shows my age as I shared the field today with a player I've coached since year 7 🤯😂🏉 A privilege to play against him in one hell of a battle down the Aman today, with Osian playing really well on his senior debut 👏💪 (just don't ask him about the bosh 👀🙄😂)
A double session at @Ammanford_Rugby tonight. First up, with the assistance of the O'Connor brothers, the u6-u8s worked on their passing and evasion skills, then the u9s had some tackling technique tips from the Scarlets boys. Good luck to Harri on his recovery from injury 👍

Today was the turn of the u16-u18s Girls Skill Development Centre at Maes y Gwendraeth. Maybe low on numbers, but very high in quality 👌 Girls put in a great shift and hope they enjoyed and take away some learnings, especially from the analysis task 👍 #QualityOverQuantity

Huge shoutout to our U15s for their outstanding work rate and commitment today. The boys took inspiration from the relentless drive of the South African team, focusing on work rate. This afternoon, they took it up a notch, challenging each other in some intense conditioned games.
