Emergency services are at Chester Market after reports of customers being affected by fumes. This was due to cooking a large amount of chillies and there are no wider public health concerns. The market has been evacuated but we are working to get it back to normal asap.

Service as good as ever, especially around the (superb) wines. No surprise Climat has been packing them in since opening. I know Chris was worried he'd over-ordered on high end or obscure Burgundies, so I couldn't be prouder that Manchester almost drunk them dry over Christmas.
Delightful dinner at Climat. The hamachi was beautifully plated on a beautiful plate, and they even put lipstick on BBQ sprouts to make them pretty as a picture. Punchy flavours and defy balance throughout, but the winners for me were the lamb and the duck. (Sorry missed photos.)
