Boys Hockey has started! They are coming off an 18-7 season last year. The Sabres are lead by Head Coach Ryan Hacker as he enters his 17th season as head coach. The Sabres are looking to win their 4th consecutive Conference title and compete with the top teams in the section!

Your middle schooler doesn't need "sport specific" training with a private trainer. They need to stop playing that sport year round, eat real food, sleep well, and become a better athlete through strength and speed training.
