Coaches vastly underestimate the conditioning of fast players, and grossly overestimate the speed of conditioned players. Prioritize Speed and kids will still show up, compete, and 'look' in shape on gameday. The added benefit is that they'll be blowing by the competition.

Here's a free conditioning program for most college football programs: use your NIL partners to buy everyone a bike. Make them commute to the facility on it. Practice your sport a bunch. Then do 1-2 sessions of crazy intense, full rest alactic power and speed work each week.
