We must return the orca Sk’aliCh’elh-tenaut (aka #Tokitae or #Lolita) from the @MiamiSeaquarium to the Salish Sea. She is a sacred relative of the Lummi people and has been held in a small tank for 50 years. * Petition: bit.ly/2TmrQbV #SalishSeaDaughter

A group of Bottlenose Dolphins in #keywest, Florida 🐬 Did you know? #dolphins sleep with only one half of their brain at a time. This helps them stay alert and aware to look out for each other and other predators. Think of it as sleeping with one eye open! 👀

After 20 yrs research & campaigns, a big win for #Hector's & #Māui #dolphins. Nets have been killing them, taking them closer to #extinction. Thanks to #NZ govt for enacting stricter fishing & environmental protection. More is needed but it's a huge lift. uk.whales.org/2020/06/25/sig…
