Just 10 more days until rally in front of City Hall, inside City Hall Park, on Monday, November 18th at 12 noon Inside City Hall Park as a way to raise attention to this ridiculous regulation that sends us back to work past 8 PM which has uprooted our lives! Please tell your…

Got my insurance renewal notice today. Not sure how a property owner can keep up this pace with rent stabilized increases under 3%. It's not like I can go to another insurance company. Most of them won't offer coverage for rent stabilized properties in NYC.

Can't understand why the council is hell bent on putting brokers out of work. Tenants luv a broker who doesn't waste time and finds an apt. If a broker now reps the tenant, why can't they pay the fee? Brkrs will call owners they know and ask them if they have an apt available.

@GovKathyHochul Your leadership is crucial now more than ever. "Good Cause Eviction" would destabilize housing markets and hurt those it aims to protect. Don't abandon common sense for political expediency. thecity.nyc/2024/02/28/goo… @TheRealSPONY

Good Cause Eviction would financially devastate tens of thousands of small property owners across New York. @GovKathyHochul – don’t cave, even if @CarlHeastie and @AndreaSCousins have already given up.  cityandstateny.com/opinion/2023/0…

How can someone live rent-free for nearly four years? By taking advantage of NY'S dysfunctional Housing Courts and driving small property owners to bankruptcy in the process. "Good Cause Eviction" would make situations like this worse and more common. nypost.com/2024/02/03/met…

Gotta love composting. I know the rats do.

What if Gov Hochul gave nycha another $1.6 billion to improve living conditions for those residents. We all have sympathy for those suffering in other countries, but do we help them at the expense of our own suffering citizens? nypost.com/2023/07/30/hoc…

Vote no on ending the statute of limitations on overcharges! It is unconstitutional & meant to decimate prop values. Who will buy a prop w this liability? @senjoeaddabbo @jamaaltbailey @seniwenchu @leroycomrie @senatorcooney @fernandez4ny @senkennedy @senjohnmannion @senseanryan

Good cause produces no new housing and it defunds housing just like nycha has been defended. The governor was right not to sign onto it. Zoning reform is another issue altogether. Proper zoning reform can produce new housing if done without typical ny bureaucracy.
