A historic day for Colorado and for the first time ever — we released 5 wolves, 3 males and 2 females, in Grand County today. Captured in Oregon, the wolves were evaluated by our veterinarians & biologists, fitted with GPS collars & transported to Colorado for their release.

Many simple but useful suggestions to improve manuscript readability in science!

I’ve handled the review of > 1000 papers at @nature Over time, you notice aspects of presentation on which reviewers tend to comment. In the interests of minimizing hassles during review, I offer the following suggestions (a bit targeted to climate papers).

Stepping down after 4 years as AE @BioInvasions due to new obligations. If you are an early-career scientist wanting editorial experience, DM me and I'll pass your name to the journal's leadership. They may want experience in population estimation, amphibians, reptiles. Cheers!

A beautiful example of a values-focused, structured decision-making approach to wolf reintroduction in Colorado. Well done, @COParksWildlife! #sdmCoP

and the general public may be used for basic population and distribution data collection. Read our final plan to learn more about the timeline for wolf reintroduction in Colorado: cpw.info/3pvO8LI
